Role Overview: As the Product Marketing Director at Aethir, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive the success and growth of our innovative products. You will lead a dynamic team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and leverage your deep understanding of market trends to position our products effectively in the market. Web3 experience is highly desirable for this role.

1. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive product adoption and growth.
2. Product Positioning: Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences and differentiate our products in the market.
3. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
4. Go-to-Market Plans: Create and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, including coordinating with product development, sales, and communication teams.
5. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including product collateral, case studies, white papers, videos, and presentations.
6. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and partnerships.
7. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve key performance indicators.
8. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
9. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product management, sales, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
10. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives.

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Product Marketing Director or similar senior marketing role in a technology-driven environment.
3. Strong understanding of marketing principles, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
4. Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product growth and adoption.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
7. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
9. Experience in AI, blockchain, or gaming industries is a plus.
10. Web3 experience is highly desirable.
11. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred to communicate with internal stakeholders.
