We’re looking for a dynamic Account Manager who thrives at the intersection of client servicing and social media execution. In this hybrid role, you’ll not only build strong client relationships and oversee campaigns, but also get hands‑on with creating content calendars, planning shoots, and guiding social media management tasks.

This is a role for someone who’s equally comfortable in client meetings as they are in Google Sheets planning a month of TikTok Reels.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
1. Client Partnership
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted, long‑term relationships.
  • Understand client goals, challenges, and industry to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Social Media Management
  • Create monthly content calendars and ensure alignment with client objectives and brand voice.
  • Develop shoot plans, mood boards, and shot lists to support campaign production.
  • Coordinate with the creative/production team during shoots, ensuring deliverables match the plan.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day posting schedules, community management support, and performance tracking.
3. Project & Campaign Management
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Work closely with internal teams (designers, copywriters, videographers) to deliver engaging content.
  • Ensure all deliverables are brand‑consistent and up to Confetto’s creative standards.
4. Strategy & Insights
  • Translate client objectives into social‑first strategies (TikTok, Instagram, Meta Ads, UGC).
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, preparing regular reports and actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on platform trends and cultural shifts to recommend fresh, relevant content approaches.
Requirements
  • Min. 2 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and social media best practices.
  • Hands‑on experience in creating content calendars and shoot planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to present ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and turning data into strategy.
