Responsibilities:
- Verify that guests receive the best possible restaurant service during breakfast, lunch, executive lounge, dinner, bar, and events.
- Ensure the restaurant ambiance, including sound, lighting, and staff appearance, reflects the brand identity.
- Complete Marriott L&D and Lobster Inc training consistently.
- Communicate politely and effectively with the culinary team.
- Provide entertaining, professional, and positive guest interactions.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness according to Singapore Government and Marriott standards.
- Monitor the quality and quantity of all food and beverage items served.
- Perform routine inventory management and reporting.
