Responsibilities:

  • Verify that guests receive the best possible restaurant service during breakfast, lunch, executive lounge, dinner, bar, and events.
  • Ensure the restaurant ambiance, including sound, lighting, and staff appearance, reflects the brand identity.
  • Complete Marriott L&D and Lobster Inc training consistently.
  • Communicate politely and effectively with the culinary team.
  • Provide entertaining, professional, and positive guest interactions.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness according to Singapore Government and Marriott standards.
  • Monitor the quality and quantity of all food and beverage items served.
  • Perform routine inventory management and reporting.
