Job summary
A dynamic finance organization in Singapore is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and timely reporting. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accountancy, at least 8 years of relevant experience, and be well-versed in statutory and tax compliance. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this high-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably with audit experience from any Big 4 audit firm.
- Good knowledge in Singapore FRS, IFRS, and experienced in statutory and tax compliance.
- Proactive, meticulous, independent, and resourceful.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and ensure timely completion of month-end closing and reporting.
- Review and analyse monthly financial performance results.
- Liaise with various stakeholders, including external auditors and tax consultants.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and ensure timely completion of month-end closing and reporting
- Review and analyse monthly financial performance results
- Responsible for statutory accounts and tax compliance, including corporate income tax, GST and others
- Responsible for the integrity of the financial statements of the company and ensure compliance to both Local regulatory and Group policies
- Liaise with various stakeholders, including external auditors, tax consultants, other regulatory bodies
- Lead all aspects of day-to-day operations of finance functions
- Ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent
- A qualified accountant with a recognize accounting body
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably with audit experience from any Big 4 audit firm
- Good knowledge in Singapore FRS, IFRS and experienced in statutory and tax compliance
- Working knowledge of GST and withholding tax regulations
- Proactive, meticulous, independent and resourceful
- Ability to work in ambiguous, high pace and dynamic environment
- Effective communication, problem solving and analytical
- Good knowledge of IFRS, and experienced in statutory and tax compliance
