Our client is a rapidly expanding company operating at the forefront of the AI infrastructure sector, supporting large-scale AI compute and infrastructure deployments across multiple regions. As one of the earliest members of the financing function, this role offers rare end-to-end exposure to capital strategy at the intersection of finance, infrastructure, and AI technology.

This is a unique opportunity to grow rapidly within one of the fastest-expanding segments of the global AI ecosystem, with direct exposure to senior leadership, investors, and complex cross-border projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust financial models for project financing, cash flow forecasting, cost-of-capital analysis, scenario testing, and portfolio planning.
• Support transaction execution, including due diligence, valuation analysis, process management, preparation of investment memos, lender materials, presentations, and term sheet reviews.
• Assist in evaluating, structuring, and executing strategic financing initiatives, including debt, equity, leasing, and hybrid capital solutions.
• Conduct research on capital markets, investor appetite, peer benchmarks, and emerging financing structures within the AI infrastructure space.
• Collaborate closely with finance, legal, operations, technical teams, and senior leadership to align financing solutions with project timelines and customer contracts.
• Support special strategic initiatives, including cross-border financing structures, asset-level SPVs, and global expansion planning.

Candidate Profile

• Around 3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, financial advisory, private debt, or related analytical finance roles.
• Strong financial modeling capabilities with familiarity in structured or project-based financing concepts.
• Mandarinis required due to the need to communicate with Mandarin speaking students and counterparts
