An international consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Business Analyst (Dynamic Revenue Management) to act as a strategic connector between advanced analytics and business decisions. The role involves daily collaboration with Agile teams, gathering business requirements, and facilitating stakeholder engagement. Candidates should possess exceptional communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, alongside a basic understanding of Azure Dashboards. The position is hourly rated with a 12-month renewable contract and a standard 40-hour work week from Monday to Friday.

The Business Analyst (Dynamic Revenue Management Business Advisor) acts as a strategic connector and communicator, ensuring insights from advanced analytics are clearly understood and effectively applied to business decisions. This role focuses on information gathering, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge sharing to bridge business needs with technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate daily with EMIT/EMTEC teams in Agile processes, ensuring business perspectives are represented throughout development.
  • Gather and synthesize business requirements for the Product Owner through active stakeholder engagement, aligning with revenue management objectives.
  • Facilitate quarterly stewardship sessions with key business stakeholders.
  • Conduct biweekly stewardship of product development with the Product Owner.
  • Engage sales champions to promote understanding and adoption of new tools and features, addressing questions and feedback proactively.
  • Use Azure Dashboards to coordinate testing and validation activities, ensuring business input is captured and communicated effectively.
  • Monitor and report on model performance and adoption, providing feedback loops for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of COE products and analytical methods to support informed conversations with stakeholders.
