Job summary
A recruitment agency is looking for an experienced accountant in Singapore. The role involves handling full set accounts and managing daily operations. Candidates should hold an accounting degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience and prefer familiarity with QuickBooks. This fully onsite position offers a salary between $4,500 and $6,000 plus bonuses.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in handling full set accounts.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks preferred.
Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts
- Manage daily accounting operations
- Monitor AR collection and follow up on overdue accounts
- Manage A/P process payments and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and maintain cash management
- Prepare reconciliation for General Ledger account
- Prepare management accounts
- Prepare GST returns and submission
- Handle general office administrative duties
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Skills
Education
- Accounting related graduate with at least 5 years’ experience in handling full set accounts
- Hands on experience with QuickBooks preferred.
- Handle full set of accounts
