Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the Finance & Controlling function. This role is pivotal in ensuring strong financial governance, compliance with local regulations, and alignment with Group Finance standards. The successful candidate will provide insights to support operational and strategic decision-making, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with statutory accounting standards. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of SFRS and have at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance, accounting, and controlling.
• Exposure to treasury and transfer pricing preferred.
• High level of integrity, independence, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Ensure compliance with SFRS year-end reporting.
• Secure Internal Control System and promote improvements.

Skills

Financial governance

Strong knowledge of SFRS statutory accounting

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience in management/industrial accounting

Education

Degree / Diploma in Accountancy

ACCA / CIMA preferred
