Job summary

A dynamic event management firm in Singapore is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee finance functions. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with Xero and strong knowledge of financial operations within the events sector. Responsibilities include managing accounts, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and working closely with project teams. Candidates should have a degree in finance and at least 5 years of experience.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Proven experience in the event, entertainment, or project-based industry.
• Solid understanding of Singapore accounting standards, GST, and tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-set accounts using Xero including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with IRAS and ACRA.
