Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Finance Manager to support the ASEAN team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing division within Amazon. As a Finance Manager, you will collaborate with business leaders to develop financial models, provide analytical insights, evaluate new business ideas, and improve planning and forecasting processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading short- and long-term financial planning
• Building financial models for new business concepts
• Presenting financial summaries and insights to senior management
• Enhancing internal controls for program spending and revenue recognition
• Assessing credit applications and conducting margin analysis

Basic Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience applying KPIs to analyses
• 6+ years of building financial and operational reports for decision-making
• 6+ years of process improvements through automation and analysis
• 6+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects with measurable results

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6+ years of solving complex business challenges with financial models and analysis impacting business outcomes
• MBA or CPA
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL
• Experience with large-scale data tools (SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation
