Job summary

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and SOPs.
• Support finance process improvement and digitalization.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties.

⏰ Mon–Fri, 8.00am–5.00pm

💰 Up to $7500

Responsibilities

• Support Director of Finance on AR & GL functions
• Handle month-end & year-end closing, bank reconciliation
• Manage full year-end audit with external auditors
• Prepare financial reports, analysis & management presentations
• Oversee school AR operations (invoicing, receipts, refunds)
• Ensure compliance with internal policies & SOPs
• Support finance process improvement, digitalisation & IT projects
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, parents and external parties
