Job summary
A construction management firm in Singapore is looking for a Building Supervisor to lead and supervise subcontractors while ensuring compliance with industrial standards. Candidates must possess a Certificate in Building Supervision and be bilingual in English and Mandarin. Experience in HDB BSC Operations is a plus. !
Qualifications
- Minimum certificate in Building Supervision or relevant discipline is required.
- Experience in HDB BSC Operation would be advantageous.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin needed for effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise work closely with subcontractors within the scheduled timeline.
- Ensure subcontractors execute their works according to industrial standards and contract specifications.
- Assist in project defects and rectifications.

- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Possess Minimum a Certificate in Building Supervision or relevant discipline
- Experience in HDB BSC Operation would be an advantage
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (in order to handle queries and feedbacks from Mandarin-speaking residents/associates in regards with the maintenance matters)
