A leading healthcare provider in Singapore is seeking a professional to support strategic workforce initiatives and manage the NUHS Fellows programme. The role involves conceptualizing and implementing workforce transformation projects, engaging stakeholders, and supporting AI integration in operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in healthcare or technology, with excellent facilitation skills and at least 5 years of administrative experience. This position offers the opportunity to drive innovative changes in a dynamic healthcare environment.
This role will support strategic workforce initiatives under the Healthcare Workforce of the Future (HWF) and manage NUHS Fellows programme for high‑potential staff. It focuses on conceptualising and implementing workforce transformation projects, enabling new care models, future‑ready roles, and digital capabilities, fostering innovation and agility, and curating impactful learning experiences. It involves engaging stakeholders across NUHS institutions, facilitating co‑design processes, translating emerging trends into actionable plans, and tracking programme outcomes to build a future‑ready, agile, and sustainable healthcare workforce.
Additionally, the role will support the implementation of the AI Strategic Roadmap, including product adoption and operations workflow integration, education, and communications, to enable workforce and care transformation in NUHS.
Support the conceptualisation and execution of initiatives under the HWF strategy.
Manage the end‑to‑end operations of NUHS Fellows programmes for high‑potential staff.
