A local food manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations. The role involves preparing documents, maintaining inventory records, and assisting with order tracking. Ideal candidates will have strong organization skills and familiarity with Excel. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our day-to-day manufacturing and distribution operations.

This role plays an important part in keeping our operations running smoothly. You will support administrative tasks related to inventory, documentation, and order processing, working closely with our operations and logistics teams.
The role is mainly office-based, with occasional movement to our warehouse or production areas for stock checks and verification. No direct handling of food is required.
Preparing delivery orders (DOs), invoices, and related documentation
Updating and maintaining inventory and stock records
Supporting order tracking from production to delivery
Filing and organising production, quality, and compliance documents (HACCP)
Performing data entry and simple reports using Excel and internal systems
Assisting with general administrative and coordination tasks
Contributing ideas to help improve manual or traditional workflows through simple digitalisation or system improvements
5.5-day work week
Monday to Friday: 6:45 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday: Half-day (as scheduled)
1-hour break
Overtime is rare and will be paid at 1.5× when required
Minimum secondary education or diploma
1–2 years of admin experience preferred, but fresh candidates are welcome Comfortable with:
Microsoft Excel
AutoCount (guidance provided)
ABSS (used occasionally; guidance provided)
Willing to move around occasionally for stock or operational checks
Comfortable working in a structured, routine environment
