This role requires willingness to work in waste-to-energy plants and rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Certifications (e.g., LEW, Boiler Attendant, WSHO) are advantageous.

The Opportunity

• 1 year contract Role (conversion to Permanent)
• 5 days work week, Location: Tuas
• Basic up to $5000 (depending on experience)

We are working with Singapore's leading agency responsible for improving and sustaining a clean and green environment. You will support engineers in either project supervision or operations and maintenance of the Incineration Plant.

The Job

• Assist in supervising construction progress, ensuring compliance with design and statutory requirements.
• Participate in testing, commissioning, and factory acceptance tests (local and overseas) for major systems and equipment.
• Support day-to-day operations and maintenance, including coordination with contractors, preventive maintenance, and contract administration.
• Enforce safety procedures and permit-to-work systems.
• Prepare SOPs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The Talent

• Diploma or Nitec in Engineering.
  • Diploma: Min. 3 years' experience preferred (open to candidates without experience).
  • Nitec: 6-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Certifications (e.g. LEW, Boiler Attendant, WSHO) are advantageous.
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Navisworks or Primavera P6 is a plus.
• Willing to work in waste-to-energy plants and perform rotating shift work, including weekends/public holidays.
