Job summary

A leading facility management company in Singapore seeks an experienced engineer to oversee maintenance planning and execution for mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in engineering, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and certifications in fire safety management. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil and marine facilities.
• Certification for Senior Fire Safety Manager/Fire Safety Manager and LEW Grade 8/9 preferred.
• Experience in managing projects with at least $10 million in value.
• Experience in Greenmark application and sustainability project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan maintenance regime and ad hoc maintenance for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Review infrastructure components' condition and need for maintenance.
• Analyze and provide technical instructions for FM team and contractors.
• Manage budget for maintenance and repair of systems.
• Strategize procurement for facility management.
