Job Scope:

• Build strong, long-term relationships with small and medium-sized enterprises by understanding their financial needs and business goals.

• Evaluate loan applications through detailed financial analysis and risk assessments.

• Maintain and monitor a portfolio of SME loans, ensuring timely payments and compliance with agreed terms.

• Address early warning signs of credit issues and work on recovery strategies where needed.

• Coordinate closely with internal departments like credit, compliance, and legal to ensure smooth loan processing and approvals.

• Guide clients through the end-to-end loan application and disbursement process.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate with prior business development / B2B sales experience in any industry is preferred.
