Our client is one of the biggest consultancy firm inSingapore with a division in the oil & gas industry.Due to expansion, they are looking for the following position to join their team immediately.

• Involve in feasibility / conceptual studies, FEED and detailed engineering design for hydrocarbon, high pressure gas transmission and distribution pipeline as well as clean and renewable energy projects
• Ability to evaluate an asset's GHG emissions profile in line with IPCC guidelines and identify opportunities to integrate energy related projects or programs such as biomass conversion, waste to heat etc
• Development and implementation of renewable technologies and green solutions for international markets
• Undertake Process Design work as required which may include a combination of engineering, research and consultancy works, wherever necessary
• Provide process engineering design supports to Engineering Managers and Project Managers / Directors in project deliverables
• Experienced in the preparation, review and approval of various Process deliverables including PFDs, P&IDDs, hydraulic calculation, surge analysis, PSV calculation, utility consumption calculation, control and operation philosophies as well as process datasheets for various equipment and instruments
• Ability to provide risk assessment through the use of risk analysis techniques and tools. Ability to review and provide inputs to HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, PCS and QRA etc
• Participate in technical meetings and discussion with clients and contractors

• More than 8 years of experience in Process Design in the O&G industry with a Chemical Engineering Degree.
• Conversant with relevant international and local codes and standards
• Proficiency in MS Suite and process simulation software
• Experience in Process Safety related studies, analysis, calculations. Technical know-how in process safety engineering, QRA or PHA is essential.
• Experience in Singapore Power Gas High Pressure Gas Transmission and Distribution Pipeline projects and/or Aviation Fuel projects will be an added advantage
• Experience in gas dispersion study, risk contour, consequence modelling and QRA will be an added advantage
• Keen interest in energy transition to clean and innovation energy solutions
• Preferably associated with a registered engineering institution
• Able to lead and work both independently as well as in a team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Good in clients and contractors' management
• Strong analytical skills and abili9ty to be an independent problem solver
• Decisive, highly motivated and enthusiastic
