Job summary
A leading financial services provider in Singapore seeks a Senior Test Manager to oversee testing service delivery for Retail Banking. The ideal candidate must have 10-15 years of experience in banking, along with strong bilingual communication skills in English and Vietnamese. Responsibilities include managing vendors, ensuring compliance with testing standards, and fostering relationships with stakeholders. This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and extensive knowledge of various testing methodologies and tools.
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in large and complex organisations, preferably in Banking.
- At least 5 years of senior management experience in testing.
- Experience in managing data migration projects including conversion testing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multi-cultural teams.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for delivery of testing services for Retail Banking.
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of test services by vendors.
- Work with stakeholders to review test strategies and plans.
- Ensure adoption of testing methods and tools.
