Job summary

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in large and complex organisations, preferably in Banking.
• At least 5 years of senior management experience in testing.
• Experience in managing data migration projects including conversion testing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multi-cultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for delivery of testing services for Retail Banking.
• Manage the day-to-day delivery of test services by vendors.
• Work with stakeholders to review test strategies and plans.
• Ensure adoption of testing methods and tools.
