A leading F&B group in Singapore is seeking a Guest Relations and Reservation Manager to oversee guest experiences and build strategic partnerships. This role involves managing reservations, converting event inquiries, and ensuring exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in luxury retail or F&B. Attractive remuneration package is offered, including base salary, commission, and bonuses.

Location: Central near MRT Station
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Work in Office)

Key Responsibilities:
Take charge of events and reservations, delivering seamless, high-touch experiences for all guests and VIP clients.
Drive strategic partnerships to broaden the network and generate new business opportunities.
Convert high volumes of inbound event enquiries into confirmed bookings, maintaining exceptional service standards.
Oversee centralised reservations, including VIP line management across multiple outlets, ensuring operational efficiency.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with a strategic, corporate approach.
Develop pricing and packages with a strong focus on margins, achieving monthly revenue targets.
Partner with senior team members to execute initiatives professionally and with polished delivery.
Key Requirements:
Exceptional, corporate-ready communication skills with a proven ability to manage and convert opportunities end‑to‑end.
Strong customer service, sales, marketing and partnership experience in luxury retail, F&B, airlines, hotels, marketing or events agencies
Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership, particularly in partnerships, while bringing a professional, corporate approach.
Highly passionate and resilient, with a strong focus on delivering elevated guest experiences in a fast‑paced environment.
