Responsibilities

• Attend to customers' needs and enquiries on car accessories products.

• Operate point-of-sale (POS) efficiently and accurately.
• Liaise with Logistics Department to fulfill customer orders.
• Attend phone queries and online platform enquiries.
• Provide guidance to customers after car accessories installation.
• Arrange installation appointments with customers.
