Job summary
A luxury hotel in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to promote the restaurant’s offerings and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in catering sales, strong communication, and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting site inspections, and coordinating events. This role requires flexibility for weekend and public holiday commitments, alongside expertise in CRM software. Join a dynamic team and help drive our hospitality services to new heights.
Qualifications
- Experience in catering sales or event planning.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Able to commit weekends and public holidays if required.

- Actively promote the restaurant’s menu and catering services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Handle inquiries for private parties and corporate events.

- Conduct hotel tours and site inspections for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers, corporate clients, and event planners.
- Follow up with leads, respond to inquiries, and close sales deals.
- Gather customer feedback to improve service and offerings.
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies, including social media promotions, email campaigns, and loyalty programs.
- Distribute flyers, coupons, and promotional materials in the local community.
- Represent the restaurant at networking events, trade shows, and food festivals.
- Handle inquiries for private parties, corporate events, and large group reservations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless event execution.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new sales opportunities.
- Suggest menu or service improvements based on customer preferences.
- Experience in catering sales or event planning.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of and working with Amadeus System, Sevenrooms.
- Able to commit Weekends and Public Holidays if required.
