About Addlly AI

Addlly AI is pioneering the future of search optimization in the age of artificial intelligence. As traditional search engines give way to AI-powered assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Grok, we’re building the infrastructure that helps brands maintain and grow their visibility in this new landscape.

Our Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) platform analyzes brand mentions across 5+ major LLM providers, provides actionable recommendations, and helps enterprise clients optimize their content for AI-powered search. We work with Fortune 500 companies in healthcare, finance, consumer goods, and other industries to ensure their brands are discovered, recommended, and cited by AI assistants.

The Role

You’ll be the operational backbone for our sales and client teams—owning day-to-day coordination, analysis, and client servicing that keeps pilots and retainers on track. Ideal for someone from a marketing agency (1–3 years) who enjoys tech, speaks SEO, and is keen to learn GEO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales support: Prepare creds, one-pagers, case summaries, and meeting packs; log notes and actions in CRM; chase dependencies and deadlines.
  • Pipeline hygiene: Update deals, contacts, and next steps; maintain shared trackers; produce weekly snapshot reports for leadership.
  • Account servicing: Own routine client comms (agendas, recaps, deliverable calendars); coordinate with Product/Engineering for inputs and timelines.
  • Analysis: Help compile clear “data we review / metrics & insights / how it feeds GEO / deliverables” summaries for proposals and reports.
  • Asset QC & delivery: Check links, filenames, and access; manage version control and final hand‑offs.
  • Enablement library: Keep FAQs, templates, and boilerplates current (SEO/GEO primers, process explainers, slide snippets).
  • Events & demos: Coordinate demo environments, run‑of‑show, and post‑event follow‑ups.
Required Qualifications
Experience and Technical Skills
  • 1–3 years in marketing/creative/SEO agency account servicing, project coordination, or sales support.
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and curiosity about GEO.
  • Strong organisation: agendas, minutes, action trackers, dependencies.
  • Clear writing: tidy emails, meeting recaps, and client‑friendly summaries.
  • Stakeholder management: calm, reliable, and unflappable when timelines compress.
  • Expertise in Canva, ChatGPT, HubSpot, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Slides/Drives).
Communication & Collaboration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Experience presenting to executives and enterprise clients.
Nice to Have
  • Exposure to enterprise clients or multi‑stakeholder projects.
  • Comfort with light data in Sheets (lookups, pivots).
  • Experience with generative AI products (AI agents, LLM‑powered applications).
  • Experience building B2B SaaS products for enterprise customers.
  • Understanding of prompt engineering best practices.
Success Metrics
  • Pipeline hygiene: >95% of active deals with a next step & date; weekly snapshot sent on time.
  • Turnaround: Sales materials and client recaps delivered within agreed SLAs – using technology like read.ai recaps.
  • Meeting quality: Agendas out ≥24h prior; action logs issued ≤24h after.
  • Delivery reliability: Risks flagged early; hand‑offs on schedule.
  • Quality: Positive internal feedback on clarity and completeness of packs/recaps.
What We Offer
Compensation
  • 3,500-4,000 SGD/month, could be adjusted for exceptional candidates.
Growth & Learning
  • Hands‑on exposure to AI‑search (GEO) deliverables and how analysis turns into actions.
  • Pathways into Account Management or Revenue Operations as you master process and client orchestration.
