Job Overview
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in shaping and elevating our brand presence, driving meaningful engagement with our target audiences. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of creating impactful content, managing brand positioning, and executing marketing initiatives that align with our strategic goals. In this role, you will also harness the power of digital marketing channels to amplify our reach and influence. Your creativity, strategic insight, and passion for wellness, health, and fitness—combined with a finesse for detail and an appreciation for luxury—will be critical in achieving outstanding marketing objectives and advancing our brand’s mission.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in brand development through advertising, promotions, PR activities, events, and creative projects.
  • Collaborate with agencies and in-house creative teams to support the development of compelling brand assets and marketing collaterals.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning across all touchpoints, including communication strategies and consumer promotions.
  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and market trends.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in optimizing the marketing efficiency ratio, ROI, and ROE for marketing activities and campaigns, ensuring effective measurement of success and areas for improvement.
  • Brainstorm, plan, and execute online and offline marketing initiatives, including events and campaigns, while managing relationships with vendors, clients, and brand ambassadors.
  • Assist the sales team in defining campaign strategies and event planning to achieve lead generation, revenue, and profitability targets.
  • Create engaging and dynamic content for social media platforms, newsletters, and online articles, ensuring alignment with the brand's tone and identity.
  • Manage the scheduling, execution, and monitoring of media content across all social platforms and develop email marketing campaigns.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in creating campaign briefs, monitoring campaign performance on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram, and maintaining up-to-date records on Salesforce.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Conduct strategic research and analysis on market trends, consumer behaviour, competitors, distribution, pricing, and promotions to inform business initiatives.
  • Periodically perform consumer insight studies to guide future campaigns and strategic decisions.
  • Support the Marketing Manager with budgeting efforts and manage ongoing marketing projects efficiently.
  • Develop strategic partnerships to advance brand and business objectives, from conception to relationship management.
  • Handle any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in a similar role, with proven events & campaigns management experience. Experience in the luxury retail sector is an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva and InDesign is an added asset.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for creating captivating, engaging content.
  • Demonstrates high initiative, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to think creatively and challenge oneself and the team to explore out-of-the-box ideas.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • A deep sense of ownership and responsibility for projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • A genuine interest in the fitness and wellness industry is an advantage.
