Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a scientific research institution with direct experience in chemical, biological and/or radiological safety management.
  • Possess minimally a Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health.
  • MOM registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO).
  • Good English language proficiency, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor regulatory updates and implement new or revise safety policies.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities on regulatory matters.
  • Coordinate the import and export of controlled chemicals.
  • Conduct Divisional safety brief and training for new staff.
