Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced Fundraising Manager to develop and manage sustainable donor relationships. You will lead fundraising strategy and execution, with responsibilities including donor engagement, grant development, and monitoring fundraising targets. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of relevant experience and knowledge of fundraising regulations. This role is crucial for long-term financial sustainability.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in fundraising, business development, sales, or partnerships.
- Knowledge of the Charities Act and IPC Governance Standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies across individual giving and corporate partnerships.
- Liaise with donors, sponsors, and partners.
- Research and evaluate grant opportunities.
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.

Fundraising Manager
Location: Woodlands
Working Days/Hours: Monday - Thurs 8.30am to 6pm. Friday 8.30am to 530pm (After Confirmation 1 day WFH in a week.)
Salary:$5000-$5800
We are seeking a Fundraising Manager to develop and manage a sustainable pipeline of donors, partners, and sponsors. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Communications & Partnerships, this role leads fundraising strategy, execution, and donor management to support long-term financial sustainability.
Fundraising Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies across individual giving, major gifts, corporate partnerships, events, and grants.
- Set and monitor annual fundraising targets with management and Finance team.
- Align fundraising initiatives with organisational funding needs.
Donor & Partner Management
- Liaisewith donors, sponsors, and partners.
- Execute donor engagement activities, campaigns, and reporting.
- Oversee donor database, records, and giving history.
- Produce donor-specific content such as proposals and impact updates.
Proposal & Grant Development
- Research and evaluate grant opportunities.
- Prepare grant applications, proposals, and required reports.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work with Communications team on fundraising materials and campaigns.
- Coordinate with Services, Finance, and Operations teams on budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
Data & Reporting
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Use data to refine fundraising strategies.
- 5–8 years of experience in fundraising, business development, sales, or partnerships.
- Knowledge of the Charities Act and IPC Governance Standards.
