Job summary

A dynamic sales company in Singapore seeks a Sales Manager who will lead sales strategies and maintain strong distributor relations. The ideal candidate must have at least 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development and be proficient in Japanese for communications with the Japan HQ. Strong analytical skills and a valid Class 3 driver’s license are also required. This role involves extensive collaboration with internal teams and conducting training sessions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, introducing new products and expanding SKU range
  • Develop and implement in-store expansion plans, branding initiatives, and optimize product displays
  • Research and engage potential clients to develop new sales channels
  • Conduct meetings, training sessions, and participate in industry events
  • Identify prospects, manage the sales cycle, and close new business deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation to support business decisions
  • Coordinate with the sales team in Japan HQ and provide regular updates
  • Perform on-site activities to arrange and optimize in-store displays
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with the sales team in Japan HQ
