• Develop strategic roadmap for equipment capability and technology upgrades.
• Provide leadership and mentorship for Equipment Engineers and Technicians.
• Manage departmental budgets for CapEx and OpEx.
• Drive advanced data analytics and AI/ML solutions for equipment performance.
