A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a qualified individual to manage charities' annual submissions and compliance oversight. This is a 1-year contract position, offering a comprehensive workload and a chance to contribute to sector regulation efforts.
Qualifications
- Degree holder required.
- Ability to read financial statements and perform basic financial analysis.
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage charities' annual submissions and portal updates.
- Oversee registration and compliance of charities and IPCs.
- Support sector regulation work, including screenings and enforcement actions.

- Oversee registration and compliance of charities and IPCs by reviewing applications, financials, and documentation, and preparing assessments for approval.
- Support sector regulation work, including screenings and enforcement actions.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned.
- Degree holder.
- Ability to read financial statements and perform basic financial analysis.
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Independent, detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
- Basic knowledge of legal and accounting principles is an advantage.
- 1 year contract (Immediate)
- 42 hours per week
