Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage ticketing, bookings, and merchandise sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with inquiries.
  • Coordinate guided tours and prepare visitor groups.
  • Maintain cleanliness and security of exhibits.
  • Respond to visitor feedback and resolve issues.
  • Submit daily activity reports to management.
  • Participate in staff training and operational updates.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as necessary.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage ticketing, bookings, tour scheduling, and merchandise sales.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and assist with general enquiries.
  • Support guided tours by coordinating with guides and preparing visitor groups.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, condition, and security of exhibits and equipment.
  • Respond to feedback and resolve visitor issues with professionalism.
  • Submit daily activity and operations reports to the Centre Director and Manager.
  • Participate in staff training, team briefings, and operational updates.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Skills and Experience
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and continuously learn.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and tour management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of travel regulations and industry standards.
  • Fluency in English and preferably one other language (e.g. Mandarin / Malay / Tamil), both verbal and written.
  • Able to work on public holidays and weekends.
Shift schedule
  • Full Time: 930am to 730pm
Education
  • A background in tourism and hospitality is preferred.
