Job description
1. Project Planning
  • Prepare project schedule and budget
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Ensure the project follows Singapore regulations (BCA, MOM, SCDF, PUB, etc.)
2. Site Coordination
  • Manage daily construction activities
  • Solve technical and site issues
  • Hold regular site and progress meetings
  • Coordinate drawings, materials, and subcontractors
3. Cost & Budget Control
  • Manage project budget
  • Review variation orders (VO)
  • Handle progress claims and final accounts
4. Quality & Safety Management
  • Ensure work meets BCA and project quality standards
  • Support safety compliance under WSH rules
  • Conduct inspections and follow up on corrective actions
5. Documentation & Compliance
  • Prepare and submit required documents (method statements, shop drawings, permits)
  • Coordinate inspections with authorities (BCA, SCDF, etc.)
6. Communication
  • Main contact for client and internal teams
  • Report progress, risks, and issues to management
7. Project Handover
  • Manage defects rectification
  • Oversee testing & commissioning
  • Prepare as-built drawings and handoverdocuments
