Job summary
A carpark maintenance firm in Singapore is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Technician. The role involves regular inspections, routine servicing, and minor repairs of carpark equipment. Candidates must have a NITEC in a relevant field and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Basic communication in English and Mandarin is required, along with computer skills in Microsoft Office. This full-time position may require working on weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications
- 2 years of relevant working experience in maintenance.
- Experience from carpark industry preferred.
- Physically fit to perform demanding tasks.

Preventive Maintenance Job-scope
- Regular Inspections: Conducts scheduled inspection and diagnostic checks on carpark equipment to identify potential issues like wear and tear before they escalate.
- Routing Servicing: Performs tasks like cleaning, lubrication, replacing worn components, cleaning equipment to keep equipment running smoothly.
- Repairing: Perform minor repairs to maintain equipment functionality.
- Recording Keeping: Maintaining accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including inspection findings, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Safety Compliance: Ensuring all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations, maintain workplace cleanliness, and follow proper safety protocols.
- Basic Computer Skills: Utilizing computer systems for record-keeping and communication.
- Any other Works: Other duties as assigned
- Must possess at least a NITEC in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience is required for this position.
- Experience from carpark industry will be of advantage.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various environments.
- Basic communicate in simple English, Mandarin.
- Basic in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc).
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Holds valid Class 2B or Class 3 Singapore license.
- Willing to work on Weekends and Public holidays (if need to).
