Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Operations Supervisor to oversee our shop operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient and timely preparation and resupply of goods, manage delivery staff and schedule, and maintain a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Delivery Operations: Oversee daily operations, delivery schedules, delivery of orders, and availability of goods.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage shop staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and high-performance standards.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels and timely restocking of goods. Heavy lifting is expected.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in delivery or logistics management.
  • Skills: Strong organisational and leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in using delivery management software.
  • Education: 'O' Level or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or education is a plus.
  • Language: Proficiency in English. Knowledge in spoken and written Tieng Viet is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Attributes: Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
