A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage Accounts Receivable functions, including invoicing and payment tracking. Applicants should have a Diploma in Accounting or a related field and at least 1 year of experience, with training provided. The position offers a basic salary of up to SGD 3,300 plus performance bonuses and requires compliance with accounting standards.
Qualifications
- 1 Year of experience in a related field; training will be provided.
Responsabilités
- Manage all Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
- Prepare and submit project progress claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Update and maintain sales data to ensure accurate reporting.
- Provide administrative and accounting support to the finance team when required.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Formation
Our Client:
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5.30pm
- West - Tuas (Company transport provided)
- Basic UP $3300 + Performance Bonus
