Job summary

A dynamic finance company located in Singapore is seeking a proactive Account Executive cum Admin to manage daily financial bookkeeping and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting, proficiency in Xero software, and strong communication skills, supporting both bookkeeping and HR documentation. Qualifications

  • 1–2 years experience preferred in an accounting or book-keeping role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping using Xero, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and journal entries.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing procedures.
  • Process staff claims, invoices, and expense reports accurately and on time.
  • Regulate company transactions to comply with policies and statutory guidelines.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Support payroll, HR documentation & recruitment.
  • Maintain proper records, filing, and documentation.
  • Assist with daily admin tasks such as purchasing and correspondence.

Skills
