Job summary

A leading audit and management service provider in Singapore is seeking a Factoring Audit Assistant to conduct audits and prepare reports. Ideal candidates have a diploma in Accounting, strong analytical abilities, and good communication skills. This role involves financial analysis and collaboration with credit teams to ensure sound risk management practices.

🚗 Industry: Automotive

📍 Location: Newton

💰 Salary: Up to $3800 + VB (Up to 3mths) + Flexi $800 per year

⏰ Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Job Scope
  • Responsible for conducting factoring audits both on-site and via desktop review, involving financial analysis and preparation of audit reports to support credit risk monitoring.
  • Perform audits of clients’ accounts receivable, invoices, and financial records to verify authenticity and accuracy.
  • Assess clients’ financial position and internal controls to identify irregularities or early warning signals.
  • Prepare clear and concise audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations.
  • Support Relationship Managers and Credit Teams in client monitoring, reviews, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure adherence to internal audit standards and contribute to continuous process improvement
  • Any other additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and report writing skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software
  • Good working attitude, ability to work with people and willingness to learn.
  • Independent, meticulous, reliable, and able to manage tight deadlines or multiple audits concurrently
