As a Customer Lifecycle Specialist at Brandwatch, a Cision product, you will play a crucial role in shaping an exceptional experience for our customers. Working within the Commercial Operations department, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders from Customer Success, Account Management, and Marketing teams to develop and implement a communication strategy that cultivates a positive relationship with customers and enhances their lifetime value.Your responsibilities will revolve around designing, enhancing, and executing the customer journey at Brandwatch, spanning from the initial sale to renewal and beyond. You will act as the coordinator of the customer lifecycle, liaising with global stakeholders to understand their requirements and leveraging our systems to create and implement processes and automations for customer touchpoints, marketing campaigns, and issue escalations.In this role, you will oversee the management of internal systems supporting the customer lifecycle, driving technical implementations and changes. Your duties will also involve ensuring that any alterations in product or business strategies are seamlessly integrated into our processes and systems. By providing regular reports on the effectiveness of our initiatives, you will assist management in making informed decisions.As part of the Commercial Operations team, which collaborates across various departments to enhance business performance, you will have the opportunity to contribute to Brandwatch's culture of autonomy and continuous improvement.
