Job description

We are seeking a driven, meticulous, and proactive individual to join our Account department. It is a permanent position responsible for the full set of company accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage full set of accounts including AP/AR/GL functions
  • Monthly Cash Flows projection reports
  • Prepare cheques, payment vouchers, journals and debit note/credit note issuing
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliationPrepare GST Report
  • Perform month end closing
  • Manage all claims and process billing invoices
  • Handle statutory financial statements and assist auditors in their queries
  • Liaise with various vendors and clients with regards to financial matters
  • Evaluate and make improvements to business process and systems
  • Provide financial insights to management
  • Mentor junior staff and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree level in Finance or Accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting (Preferably candidates with full sets knowledge)
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel)
  • Proactive, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently
