Job description
Position Overview

Reporting to the CEO, the main objective is to manage the operations of Singapore and Dubai entities, as well as to develop the business in Middle East and Asia Pacific regions.

With the company’s Headquarters (HQ) in France (French company), this position requires close coordination with all OEMServices’ HQ departments in France and requires frequent travels between France, Singapore, UAE, and our customers’ and suppliers’ locations.

The main missions are:

Manage Operations of OEMServices Asia Pte Ltd and OEMServices SAS DWC Branch
  • Fulfill an executive director’s role in accordance with power granted by the board of shareholders of OEMServices.
  • Manage the operations in compliance with regulations and local laws, and report economic and regulatory risks.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through operational excellence and state-of-the-art customer relationship management.
  • Manage local teams.
  • Lead in accordance with the company’s values and with exemplarity.
  • Promote the capabilities and value adding services of OEMServices in the regions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Report risks related to operations and put in place corrective actions.
  • Promote continuous improvement and change.
  • Secure continuity of operations and regularly review and update the business contingency plan.
Cooperate efficiently with the direction of each department in HQ
  • Define clear interfaces and local focal points for each department.
  • Support sales activities.
  • Manage customer relationships in the regions.
  • Manage supplier relationships in the regions.
  • Align with HQ on operational needs to achieve expected results.
  • Consolidate budget and resources in full transparency with concerned departments in HQ.
Reporting and communication
  • Report regularly:
    -Local activities, main events and financial reports.
    - Operations and customer satisfaction.
    - Sales lead and progress on campaigns.
  • Communicate internally and externally in accordance with HQ’s communication charter.
Quality
  • Lead local quality initiatives in partnership with HQ.
  • Successfully obtain and maintain required certifications.
  • Always ensure compliance to norms and policies.
  • Put in place a system to collect feedback.
  • Lead environmental initiatives.
Information Systems
  • Accountable for the quality of data entered in the ERP system and for the respect of processes.
  • Implement group actions required to ensure protection of company’s data and be proactive to highlight risks.
Human Resources
  • Structure the teams to ensure operational excellence and efficiency, considering transnational synergies.
  • Support a global approach for HR policies, considering local specificities.
  • Respect legal framework of each entity.
Global
  • Become a key decision maker within OEMServices.
  • Be proactive to foster continuous improvement and change for the company’s success.
Job requirements
  • Degree from an accredited institution preferred but not a must.
  • A minimum of 10-15 years operation experience in supply chain, logistics and aerospace industry.
  • Fluent in both English and French, which is necessary to communicate effectively with French-speaking counterparts in HQ and to manage key cross-border operations.
  • Experienced in managing, engaging, and mentoring a diverse workforce, including both overseas and local employees.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior management and justify recommendations.
  • Demonstrates excellent project management and time-management capabilities.
  • A self-starter with strong business maturity who can work independently.
  • A collaborative team player with proven leadership abilities.
