Key Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance insights
• Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and compliance standards across all business units
• Build and enhance group-level reporting structures, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and decision‑ready information
• Partner with the Finance Head to implement best‑practice financial processes, policies, and systems
• Drive strategic initiatives focused on cost optimisation, productivity, and financial discipline
• Support board and investor reporting aligned with private equity expectations
• Mentor and develop finance teams, promoting continuous improvement and accountability
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to enhance operational performance and margin improvement initiatives
