Job summary
A restaurant group in Singapore is looking for a Kitchen Operations Manager to oversee the kitchen operations. This role involves training staff, ensuring food quality, and managing costs while maintaining standards of food hygiene. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience and relevant food hygiene certifications.
Qualifications
- 5 years of related experience.
- Food hygiene audit certificate (WDA) – preferably.
- Min. Basic food hygiene certificate (WDA).
Responsibilities
- Maintaining the entire kitchen operation.
- Preparing hot and cold dishes as per specifications.
- Assisting in planning and developing menus and recipes.
- Supervising, training, and developing kitchen staff.
- Ensuring quality control and food presentation.
- Ensuring food handling and storage standards are met.
- Assisting in smooth restaurant operations.
- Maintaining planned food costs.
This position is responsible for maintaining the entire kitchen operation which includes training and developing all kitchen staff and ensuring consistency in work performance.

- Assist in operations to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
