Responsibilities
  • Managing the project planning construction works at the site.
  • Lead the team in planning and execution of day to day operations.
  • Ensure work is carried out according to approved plans/ construction drawings, quality standard procedure, safety requirements & in a timely manner.
  • Implement quality control measures and safety protocols, ensuring all work complies with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Communicate with clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.
  • Monitor projects progress and updating of reports to the management/ consultants/ clients.
  • Identify and resolve issues, conflicts, and delays that may arise during construction.
  • Oversee the acquisition of necessary materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Able to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship.
  • Preferably experience in local private residential or landed houses project.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and construction crews
  • Strong knowledge of building processes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Possess a degree in Civil/Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering recognized by PEB or BCA, Architecture recognized by BOA.
  • Proficient with in software, e.g. AutoCAD, Microsoft office etc.
