A local construction company in Singapore is seeking an experienced construction project manager to oversee project planning and execution. You will manage a team and ensure compliance with construction regulations and quality standards. The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering or architecture and at least 5 years of experience in construction project management, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Managing the project planning construction works at the site.
- Lead the team in planning and execution of day to day operations.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved plans/ construction drawings, quality standard procedure, safety requirements & in a timely manner.
- Implement quality control measures and safety protocols, ensuring all work complies with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Communicate with clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.
- Monitor projects progress and updating of reports to the management/ consultants/ clients.
- Identify and resolve issues, conflicts, and delays that may arise during construction.
- Oversee the acquisition of necessary materials, tools, and equipment.
- Able to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship.
- Preferably experience in local private residential or landed houses project.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and construction crews
- Strong knowledge of building processes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Possess a degree in Civil/Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering recognized by PEB or BCA, Architecture recognized by BOA.
- Proficient with in software, e.g. AutoCAD, Microsoft office etc.
