- Checked and verified equipment deliveries and gathered customer feedback.
- Investigated and resolved customer complaints regarding transportation.
- Reviewed supplier quotations and verified purchase orders.
- Handled incoming calls and directed them appropriately.
- Supervised and followed up on enquiries, quotations, and related documentation with internal teams, contractors, and customers.
- Ensured timely quotation submission and proper documentation handling before delivery arrangements.
- Coordinated with customers and internal departments to resolve quotation and delivery-related issues.
- Led assistants in gathering information and communicating delivery schedule changes or updates.
- Checked and verified that equipment deliveries were completed accurately; gathered customer feedback for service improvement.
- Investigated and resolved customer complaints regarding transportation, documentation, and missing or lost items.
- Reviewed supplier quotations and verified purchase orders and approvals before submission.
- Handled incoming calls and directed them to the appropriate personnel for assistance
