A reputable human resources advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Admin & HR Assistant. This role involves managing employee fingerprint registration, monitoring attendance records, and handling staff leave applications. Candidates should have a minimum of GCE N levels or an office skills certificate, along with at least one year of relevant experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining personnel files and coordinating medical claims, making this a vital position within the HR department.
Position title : Admin & HR Assistant
Location: Tuas (Company transport at designated pick up points - Jurong east, Bukit batok, Choa chu kang, Lakeside, Tuas crescent etc)
Working Days: 5 days Mon - Fri
Working hours : 8am -5pm or 9am - 6pm
Salary : $2,400 - $3,000 depending on qualification and experience
