A leading global consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Change & Transformation Senior Manager to lead People & Culture transformation initiatives. This role focuses on project planning, change management, and process optimization. Frazer Jones are supporting our client in expanding their Global People Transformation team, and we are seeking a Change & Transformation Senior Manager based in Singapore to oversee a global remit. Our client is going through an exciting period of expansion, both organic and through acquisition and this role will lead on initiatives across key locations particularly across Asia and Europe, focusing on project planning, process mapping, and change management.
As a leader in global People & Culture transformation programs, this role is responsible for driving initiatives that align closely with strategic organizational goals. A key focus is supporting regional efforts across Asia Pacific, which includes meticulous project planning and the optimization of existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The role also involves delivering comprehensive change management activities. This includes engaging stakeholders, crafting and executing communication strategies, and developing training programs to ensure smooth transitions. Facilitating workshops and training sessions is essential to promote understanding and adoption of change initiatives across the organization. Additionally, the position oversees the implementation and integration of new HR systems, ensuring they are embedded effectively within existing structures. Collaboration is critical, requiring close partnership with both global and regional teams to ensure seamless execution of transformation efforts.
The ideal candidate brings proven experience in project management and HR change management, demonstrating a proactive and hands‑on approach. A strong foundation in Human Resources is essential, with the ability to translate strategic HR objectives into practical, operational outcomes. Experience in delivering training and facilitating workshops from a change management perspective is highly valued. Familiarity with HR systems is also important, as is the ability to manage communications and stakeholder relationships across diverse cultures and geographies. Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity are key to success in this role.
