We are looking to recruit a sales Director (individual contributor) for our Banking & Financial Services (BFS) sales team. We are on an ambitious journey to achieve $1 billion in global revenue and offers a comprehensive range of technology services, including Digital Engineering, Customer Experience (CX), Cloud Engineering, Data Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to drive new business and revenue growth within the BFSI sector. Highlights of their global Banking & Financial Services team:

Digital Transformation for Financial Services: Leveraging AI, machine learning and cloud computing Omni-Channel

Customer Engagement: Helping companies provide seamless omni-channel interactions, ensuring that customers can engage with their financial services provider across multiple channels, including mobile apps, online platforms, and in-branch services.

Regulatory Compliance and Security: Their clients solutions help financial services companies navigate complex regulatory environments, ensuring that their operations are secure, compliant, and resilient against cyber threats.

Innovative Financial Solutions: Develop and implement innovative solutions such as mobile payments, digital wallets, AI-powered account analysis, and customer service chatbots.

Job Description

· Business Development: Identify and secure new clients across diversified portfolio of Banking, Telecom and Technology, focusing on large and strategic accounts.

· Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

· Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at potential client organisations.

· Solution Selling: Understand client needs and work with internal teams to create tailored solutions that address specific business challenges.

· Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong sales pipeline, track progress, and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.

· Deal Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring agreements that align with company goals.

· Global Delivery Model: Sell projects using an onsite-offshore model and a global delivery model, ensuring optimal resource utilisation and client satisfaction. Collaboration: Work closely with delivery, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to execution.

The Successful Applicant

· The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the BFSI Industry

· Proven track record of securing new business

· Ability to build strategic relationships with key decision-makers.

· This role requires an innovative mindset, exceptional sales skills, and a strong technical background.

· The successful candidate will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, uphold high ethical standards, and excel in a fast-paced setting.

· A strong academic background, preferably with a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

· Proven sales experience within the technology and telecoms consulting industry.

· Excellent knowledge of the BFSI sector.

· Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.

· A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
