An international venture capital firm in Singapore seeks a skilled candidate to engage with cross-regional entrepreneurs and top investment professionals. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing investment prospects, and managing due diligence processes. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor/Master degree in Finance with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Competitive compensation and a prime office location are offered.

Responsabilidades
- Conduct industry and company-specific research.
- Create investment pipelines based on the company's regional investment network.
- Conduct market mapping and scoping of potential investment pipelines.
- Analyze investment prospects, build investment thesis and financial models.
- Conduct due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiations.
- Interact with portfolio/target company management teams.

Our client is an international venture capital and private equity firm based in Singapore. Successful candidate should be one who's experienced and capable to work with a group of cross-region innovative entrepreneurs and top investment professionals from Indonesia, Singapore, Silicon Valley, and China.
- Conduct industry and company-specific research.
- Create investment pipelines based on regional investment network of the company
- Conduct market mapping and scoping of potential investment pipelines
- Analyse investment prospects, building of investment thesis and financial models
- Conduct due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiations
- Interact with portfolio/target company management teams and portfolio management
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor/Master degree in Finance or related professional field
- 2-3 years professional experience in banking, consulting or direct investment industries
- Strong financial modelling and investment analysis skills
- Solid problem solving and sound communication skills
