Job summary

A leading investment firm is seeking an Investment Analyst to join its Real Estate Private Equity team, based in Singapore. This execution-heavy role involves building financial models, supporting deal execution, and preparing investment materials, with significant exposure to live transactions and senior decision-makers. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of experience in global investment banking, excellent financial modeling skills, and strong English communication abilities. Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years at a global investment bank (M&A/Sponsors/LevFin/Real Estate).
• Excellent financial modeling skills (Excel) and strong PowerPoint capability.
• Strong English communication with clear, structured messaging.

Responsibilities

• Build and own detailed financial models for transactions and returns.
• Support end-to-end deal execution including screening and valuation.
• Prepare investment materials including IC memos and risk/return analyses.
